THE GARDEN
The garden was historically used to grow arrowroot (a common local crop at the time). Three Norfolk Pine trees were prominent in the garden for c.40 years. One was hit by lightening and removed as were the other two due to safety concerns (2022 – 2025). Palm trees previously flanked the welcoming arm stairs and were removed for safety.
The cedar trees in the garden were planted c.1991. The property contains Surinam cherry, avocado, banana, guava, loquat, mulberry, paw paw and peach trees.
The flowering vegetation includes Bermuda Rose bushes, Frangipani, Gladiola, Easter Lilies.

The garden is undergoing redevelopment and Super Mario is now caring for the lawn and gardens.
